USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a Sexual Assault investigation.
On Wednesday, October 8, 2014, a woman, 19, was at a party at the Elephant and Castle restaurant at 378 Yonge Street.
It is alleged that:
– she was approached by a man known to her as the restaurant manager
– he sexually assaulted her
– she pushed him away
– she went to the washroom
– he came in after her and sexually assaulted her again
Ernesto Abrahan Llontop Diez, 34, of Toronto, is charged with:
1) Sexual Assault
He was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Wednesday, February 4, 2015, 10 a.m., room 101.
Police believe there may be more victims.
