USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a Sexual Assault with a Weapon, Kidnapping and Forcible Confinement investigation.
It is alleged that:
– on Tuesday, March 31, 2015, a 27-year-old woman was approached by a man in the Sherbourne Street and Shuter Street area
– the man produced a firearm and brought the woman to a residence in the Dundas Street East and Jones Avenue area and prevented her from leaving
– the man sexually assaulted the woman, with a weapon, multiple times
– the man held the woman captive for five days
– the woman was able to escape and reported the incident to police
– the man has been identified as Rejean Hermel Perron, 43, of Toronto.
On Monday, April 6, 2015, he was arrested.
He has been charged with:
1) Sexual Assault with a Weapon
2) Kidnapping
3) Forcible Confinement
4) Assault
He was scheduled to appear in court at College Park on Tuesday, April 7, 2015, 10 a.m.
Police believe there may be more victims.
