USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Pictou County District RCMP have laid two charges against a 50-year-old Pictou man.
On April 12th, 2015, RCMP responded to a complaint of a 16-year-old Pictou County male having sexual relations with an adult male in the Town of Pictou. On April 14th, members of Pictou County District RCMP General Investigative Section along with the assistance of the RCMP Technological Crime Unit executed a search warrant at a residence in the Town of Pictou. The warrant resulted in the seizure of computers and other electronic equipment.
Richard Brian Nelson was arrested on Tuesday in Pictou without incident. He is facing two charges including Luring a Child and Permitting Sexual Activity within a residence. He was released from custody on conditions and is scheduled to appear in Pictou Provincial Court on May 25th, 2015. The investigation is continuing.
