The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Arthur Hagopian, 76, was last seen on Monday, April 27, 2015, at 4:10 p.m., in the College Street and Augusta Avenue area.
A new photograph has been released.
Police are concerned for his safety.
