(Ottawa) —In March 2015, the Ottawa Police Service Internet Child Exploitation Unit (ICE) received information from the RCMP's National Child Exploitation Coordination Centre that a suspect residing in the Ottawa area had uploaded Child Pornography on two different dates using his Google email account.
On Friday, May 22, 2015, a search warrant was executed at an apartment in the 200 block of Bronson Avenue. Several computers, external hard drives and a pinhole camera were seized and are being forensically analysed.
Michael ANDREYECHEN, 40 years old, of Ottawa has been charged with:
- Possession of Child Pornography X 3
He is scheduled to appear at court for a bail hearing on Saturday, May 23, 2015.
