It is alleged that:
– in 1970, the accused sexually assaulted a five-year-old girl,
– in 1977, the accused sexually assaulted the same girl.
David Leblanc, 69, of Mississauga, has been charged with:
1) two counts of Indecent Assault on a Female.
He is scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West, on Tuesday, January 4, 2011, room 306, at 10 a.m.
