The provincess Special Investigations Unit (SIU) has been called after a male fell from the balcony of a Scarborough apartment.
On Tuesday, June 23, 2015, DRPS attended a 4th floor apartment on Eglington Avenue East to arrest an adult male. At one point, the male fell to the ground from a fourth floor balcony. He suffered serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
As is the protocol, the DRPS contacted the SIU and they have invoked their mandate to investigate.
