USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…The Toronto Police Service is alerting the public to a Sexual Assault investigation
It is alleged that:
– on Thursday, July 16, 2015, at 9:41 a.m., the Toronto Police Service received a call for a sexual assault in the Broadview Avenue and Mortimer Avenue area
– a man who is employed as a personal support worker, attended a client's residence
– the man sexually assaulted a 95-year-old man
On Thursday, July 16, 2015, Danilo Alcala, 61, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:
1) Sexual assault
He is scheduled to appear in court at College Park, on Friday, July 17, 2015, 10 a.m., room 507.
Police believe there may be other victims.
