The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a Sexual Assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
– from December 2013 to March 2014, a 35-year-old woman retained the services of an immigration lawyer
– she visited his office on several occasions, in the Yonge Street/Sheppard Avenue area
– on three separate occasions, he sexually assaulted her
On Wednesday, July 15, 2015, Richard Odeleye, 60, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:
1) three counts of Sexual Assault
He is scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West, on Thursday, August 27, 2015.
Police believe there may be more victims.
