In the second semifinal match at the 2012 Karbonn Champions League, Sydney Sixers will take on the Nashua Titans at Centurion on Friday.

Sydney being the only team to have won all the matches played in the tournament looked strong in all the departments of the game despite Shane Watson’s return to Australia. Still they found their last group match against Mumbai Indians really tough. Brad Haddin, Steven Smith, Michael Lumb, Moises Henriques have been in fine form and can easily dominate any attack through their remarkable performance. The probable Sixers’ squad will include: Brad Haddin (C), Ian Moran, Peter Nevill, Pat Cummins, Steve O’Keefe, Josh Hazlewood, Michael Lumb, Dom Thornely, Mitchell Starc, Steve Smith, Ben Rohrer, Nathan McCullum, Moises Henriques, Nic Maddinson.

While Titans have the home advantage, the South African side also depends a lot on its bowling attack which includes Alfonso Thomas, Ethy Mbhalati, Cornelius de Villiers and Roelof van der Merwe. Titans do have a number of flaws including the inconsistent performance of the team’s middle order, which might pose a threat to the home side against the confident opponents. Besides the fact that Jacques Rudolph and Henry Davids have given good starts so far in the tournament, Titans’ middle-order appears to be weak. The likely Titans’ lineup will include: Martin van Jaarsveld (C), Mangaliso Mosehle, Cornelius de Villiers, Rowan Richards, Farhaan Behardien, Jacques Rudolph, AB de Villiers, Heino Kuhn, David Wiese, Roelof Van Der Merwe, Alfonso Thomas, Eden Links, Paul Harris, Henry Davids, Ethy Mbhalati.
