On Thursday May 16th 2013, Russian team will be playing their world championship Quarter-final match against USA at Helsinki, Finland in IIHF World Championship.

USA had a solid start to the tournament, however, loss to Slovakia dropped them their position in group at the third place. Due to their third position they have to play defending gold medalist Russia in the quarterfinal.

The U.S. and Russia met earlier in the tournament, with the defending champion had a win by 5-3. Russians are standing second in their group. Both the teams are toughest contender of the tournament let’s see who will become winner this time to reach-up in semi-final.
