The 113th US Open Championships 2013 will be played on Thursday June 13th 2013 at the Merion Golf Club in Ardmore, Pennsylvania. The tournament will be ending on Sunday June 16th 2013. This will be the fifth US Open played at this location.
Tiger Woods is the favorite in this tournament and spectators are waiting to see the paring of him with Rory McIlroy and Masters champion Adam Scott. Webb Simpson is the defending champion and won last year’s event spectacularly.
The contenders will be fighting over a $8 million reward money. It’s a 6,996-yard par 70 course, the shortest one in length with narrow fairways.
