After winning the two opening ODIs and sealing the series, Bangladesh is looking to end the series with flawless victory in the 3rd ODI against New Zealand in Fatullah on Sunday.
This is an unusual position that Bangladesh see them in after surprisingly winning the ODI series. This 3rd ODI is nothing but a dead rubber match but the Bangladesh team are high on confidence after knocking off the Kiwis. No doubt, Tamim Iqbal is a big hitter of the ball but it still looks as though he may be struggling to get back into form. The likely Bangladeshi lineup will include: 1 Tamim Iqbal/Anamul Haque, 2 Shamsur Rahman, 3 Mominul Haque, 4 Mushfiqur Rahim (capt & wk), 5 Naeem Islam, 6 Nasir Hossain, 7 Mahmudullah, 8 Sohag Gazi, 9 Abdur Razzak, 10 Mashrafe Mortaza/Al-Amin Hossain, 11 Rubel Hossain/Ziaur Rahman.
On the other hand, New Zealand are bitterly disappointed with their efforts away from home over the past few weeks. McCullum is not playing so now Ross Taylor has to shoulder the burden after not translating his excellent form from Test cricket to the shorter format. The probable Kiwi squad will include: 1 Anton Devcich, 2 Hamish Rutherford, 3 Grant Elliott, 4 Ross Taylor, 5 Luke Ronchi, 6 Corey Anderson, 7 Jimmy Neesham, 8 Tom Latham (wk), 9 Nathan McCullum, 10 Tim Southee, 11 Kyle Mills (capt).
