After leveling the ODI series at 1-1, South Africa and Pakistan will now face each other in third ODI in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday.
Batting remains a huge problem for both sides over the past month, especially the South African batsmen who have failed to adapt to the UAE pitches so far. The good news for the Proteas is the return of Hashim Amla and Dale Steyn which is likely to impose a big boost for the side and hope both prove to be instrumental in getting South Africa the 2-1 lead in Abu Dhabi. The likely South African lineup will include: 1 Graeme Smith, 2 Hashim Amla, 3 JP Duminy, 4 Faf du Plessis/Robin Peterson, 5 AB de Villiers (capt & wk), 6 David Miller, 7 Ryan McLaren, 8 Wayne Parnell, 9 Morne Morkel/Dale Steyn, 10 Lonwabo Tsotsobe, 11 Imran Tahir.
On the other hand, Pakistan team is also struggling hard in the batting department to perform better and compliment their brilliant bowling attack. Saeed Ajmal has played a huge role over the tour due to the spin friendly conditions which have haunted the South Africn batsmen thus far. The probable Pakistani squad will include: 1 Nasir Jamshed/Sohaib Maqsood, 2 Ahmed Shehzad, 3 Mohammad Hafeez, 4 Misbah-ul-Haq (capt), 5 Umar Amin, 6 Umar Akmal (wk), 7 Shahid Afridi, 8 Sohail Tanvir, 9 Wahab Riaz, 10 Saeed Ajmal, 11 Mohammad Irfan.
