After a low-scoring contest in the first ODI, West Indies will look to take a lead with 2-0 in the 2nd ODI against the host New Zealand in Napier on Sunday.

It could be a morale-boosting victory for the visitors, who lost the Test series 2-0. West Indies finished the ODI contest in Auckland with just two wickets to spare, with Darren Sammy playing a cameo, smashing 43. Earlier, Captain Dwayne Bravo led from the front in restricting the Kiwis to mere 156. The probable West Indian squad will include: 1 Martin Guptill, 2 Jesse Ryder, 3 Kane Williamson, 4 Ross Taylor, 5 Brendon McCullum (Capt), 6 Corey Anderson, 7 Luke Ronchi (wk), 8 James Neesham, 9 Nathan McCullum, 10 Kyle Mills, 11 Mitchell McClenaghan.

Both the sides will want their batsmen to fire in Napier, with only Brendon McCullum scoring a fifty from both sides in the first game. Nathan McCullum contributed with crucial 47 at the end for the hosts when their top four failed in unison. Left-arm seamer Mitchell McClenaghan although took a career-best 5 for 58 for the hosts, it didn’t prove enough at the end. The likely Kiwi lineup will include: 1 Martin Guptill, 2 Jesse Ryder, 3 Kane Williamson, 4 Ross Taylor, 5 Brendon McCullum (Capt), 6 Corey Anderson, 7 Luke Ronchi (wk), 8 James Neesham, 9 Nathan McCullum, 10 Kyle Mills, 11 Mitchell McClenaghan.
