The 6th match of the Asia Cup 2014 features the most formidable of the matches between Pakistan and India at Dhaka on Sunday.

This fixture is extremely important in the sense that the winner of this game will have more chances of making it to the final if they don’t slip up against Bangladesh or Afghanistan. India have struggled with the ball so far. Virat Kohli has stepped up for India but needs more from Rohit Sharma who has struggled with the bat of late. The probable Indian line-up will include: 1 Rohit Sharma, 2 Shikhar Dhawan, 3 Virat Kohli (capt), 4 Ajinkya Rahane, 5 Dinesh Karthik (wk), 6 Ambati Rayudu, 7 Ravindra Jadeja, 8 R Ashwin, 9 Bhuvneshwar Kumar, 10 Mohammed Shami, 11 Varun Aaron.

Unlike India, Pakistan is struggling with the bat as their top order has failed to perform well. Mohammad Hafeez has an extremely successful ODI series against Sri Lanka in December last year but it this tournament he is missing that spark. However, he needs to ensure Pakistan score runs early on to take a hold of match. The likely Pakistani squad will include: 1 Ahmed Shehzad, 2 Sharjeel Khan, 3 Mohammad Hafeez, 4 Misbah-ul-Haq (capt), 5 Sohaib Maqsood, 6 Umar Akmal (wk), 7 Shahid Afridi, 8 Anwar Ali, 9 Umar Gul, 10 Saeed Ajmal, 11 Junaid Khan.
