On Tuesday, March 4, 2014, police arrested a man in connection with a Sexual Assault with a Weapon investigation.
It is alleged that:
– on Wednesday, February 26, 2014, at 2 a.m., a 33-year-old woman and a man met and attended a residence in the Queen Street and Dufferin Street area
– while at the residence, the man sexually assaulted the woman, using a weapon
Mark Beauchamp, 31, is charged with:
1) Sexual Assault with a Weapon.
He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, on Tuesday, March 4, 2014, courtroom 101.
