For 20 years, SKETCH has championed the arts as a catalyst for social change. Since our humble beginnings, 10,000 diverse young people, 4,000 artists and activists, and hundreds of community partners have all participated in the design of this innovative arts enterprise.
Along our 20-year journey, SKETCH’s core values of believing — in each other’s ingenuity and creative contributions; welcoming each other with curiosity and care—have persisted to eliminate stigma and declare how we all want to live in the world together.
Join us at our 20th Birthday Event: SKETCH20 as we highlight memories and experiences that have defined SKETCH over the past 20 years through an interactive timeline installation.
The experience will reveal how community arts have positively impacted poverty and homelessness in our city.
