Jackie Hoffman’s A Chanukah Charol: Acclaimed Holiday Comedy

Created and performed by Broadway, film, television star — and kvetchy comedian — Jackie Hoffman (Gilmore Girls Reunion, On the Town, Second City improv), A Chanukah Charol is a decidedly Jewish take on Dickens’ beloved Christmas classic. In this comic twist on the holiday parable, Hoffman is forced to examine her life as a dark-hearted diva when she’s visited by a trio of familiar ghosts — not to mention the spirit of legendary performer Molly Picon.
