The vengeful barber Sweeney Todd and his pie-baking companion Mrs Lovett are back to exact their twisted form of justice in Sweeney Todd, the award-winning musical by Stephen Sondheim and Hugh Wheeler. Containing such songs as "The Worst Pies in London," "Johanna" and "Not While I’m Around," Sweeney Todd earned eight Tony Awards including Best Musical and Best Original Score during its original Broadway run. The musical was also adapted into a movie directed by Tim Burton and featuring Johnny Depp in the title role.
