Doors open to the Dominion on Queen backspace at 7:30pm on Thursday, My 17th, with performances beginning at 8pm! Featuring the performance talents of: MC Ron Fromstein Evelyne Russell Natalie Frijia El Jaguar and Kristian Reimer Produced by the company that has brought you six What Are You Doing Back There?! February arts festivals, Back Burner Productions stages works from playwrights, actors, dancers, musicians, comedians, poets, painters, jugglers, performance artists and more in a celebration of the arts. The festival originated in 2007 as a series of short, student-produced plays in the basement of a house. The past five years has seen the festival grow to include over a hundred artists from a variety of disciplines. Back Burner stages the ideas that we usually keep on the back burner of our minds, bringing them into the limelight as original Canadian plays and re-imagined established works that will enrich the communities in which they are produced. Off the cabaret stage, Back Burner Productions has also created KD and the Bomb called the ‘hidden gem’ of the 2005 Toronto Fringe Festival – The Sorcerer’s Apprentice and The Nightwood (by Guy Doucette, adapted from the work of Robin Muller), and Little War (Glyn Bowerman). Come and celebrate the arts with us! At the DOMINION ON QUEEN, 500 Queen Street East, Toronto, Ontario Thursday May 17th, 2012, from 8pm-11pm Doors open at 7:30pm. PWYC at the door, suggested $10 For more information concerning Cabaret 375 or to get involved with future cabaret nights, contact us at: Email: backburnerinfo@gmail.com Website: backburnerproductions.weebly.com Like us on Facebook: Back Burner Productions Follow us on Twitter: @backburnerideas
