Based on The Junctions high demand for fresh local food, the number of new residents and families, and the overwhelming success of the Junction Farm Fest in the summer of 2011, a group of local residents have come together to organize the Junction Farmers Market. This market will be held on Saturday mornings in the heart of the Junction a vibrant neighbourhood in Torontos west end whose residents are passionate about healthy sustainable living. The Junction Farmers Market will provide local, sustainably produced fresh foods in ways that build community, support local food growers and producers, and promote access to healthy food for all. 16 Vendors including three Urban Farmers. No resellers. A diverse group of products: fruits, veggies, meats, fish, dairy and prepared foods. Come meet your neighbours and the people who grow your food!
