Legendary actor George Hamilton stars in this hilarious new touring production of the three-time Tony-winning revival, La Cage Aux Folles. The biggest hit of the 2010 Broadway season, La Cage features Hamilton as Georges, a Saint-Tropez nightclub manager, and Broadway veteran Christopher Sieber (Shrek the Musical) as his partner and the club’s star attraction — the drag performer Zaza. But things get a little wiggy when Georges’ son, Jean-Michel, brings his fiancée’s conservative parents home to meet the flashy pair, testing their family bonds. An indisputable musical-comedy classic, La Cage features a book by Harvey Fierstein (Torch Song Trilogy), and lyrics and music by Jerry Herman (Hello, Dolly!, Mame).
