The theater itself becomes a creepy character in Ghost Light, the Visceral Company’s fright-filled new thriller, inspired by classic ’80s horror movies. On a dark and stormy Halloween night (is there any other kind?), four college kids party inside a supposedly-haunted theater, determined to freak each other out. But after their pranks are played out, scary things start to happen, leaving the gang wondering if the campus legends could actually be true. This late-night show, written by Dan Spurgeon, was first staged at the Hollywood Fringe Festival, and now makes its spooky-season return.
