USC Trojans Women’s Volleyball Defends Their Pac-12 Championship

Coached by Mick Haley since 2001, the University of Southern California Trojans women’s volleyball team has been a force to be reckoned with in recent years. In 2011, they finished 30-5, winning the Pac-12 Conference Championship and reaching the final four in the NCAA championships. The Women of Troy began the 2012 season ranked #5 in the country. Although this year’s team is young with four new freshmen, they still boast experience with last year’s Pac-12 Libero of the Year Natalie Hagglund, All-Pac-12 honorable mention opposite Katie Fuller and sophomore setter Hayley Crone.
