The normally placid Long Beach Harbor transforms into a harbor of the damned for Halloween as terrifying she-demons and monsters take residence to prey on any mortals who dare to enter their realm after dark. The demons have set up mazes on shore and on the ship to ensnare visitors who are courageous enough to make their way through the scares to the food, drink and live entertainment that awaits on the other side. Dark Harbor pulls out all the frights for this 18th annual edition, including 225 monsters and 80-foot tall flames. Other deeply disturbing mazes and attractions include “Hellfire,” “Submerged,” “The Cage,” the brand new “Deadrise” and more. And if you somehow manage to survive, you’ll be rewarded with music from multiple live bands each night.
