An Evening With the Monkees at the Greek Theatre

Pop legends The Monkees reunite for their first tour in over a decade, and you can see them under the stars at Los Angeles’ Greek Theatre. It’s the first U.S. Monkees tour since 1969 to feature founding member Michael Nesmith, and the first time since 1997 that he’s joined fellow Monkees Micky Dolenz and Peter Tork on stage. In addition to hits like “Last Train To Clarksville,” “I’m A Believer” and “Pleasant Valley Sunday,” expect to hear fan favorites from their 1967 albums Headquarters and Pisces, Aquarius, Capricorn & Jones, Ltd., some of which haven’t been performed live since the ’60s. The show, which is backed by a multimedia exploration of the Monkees’ illustrious career, also includes a tribute to the late Davy Jones.
