Impossible to categorize, but always incredibly creative, Fishbone has been performing and recording groundbreaking music for over 25 years. The band is led by founding members vocalist and saxophone player Angelo Moore, bassist Norwood Fisher and trumpet player “Dirty” Walt. The ska/punk/funk/rock hybrid has toured worldwide with everyone from the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Primus to Fela Kuti and the Beastie Boys, leaving an indelible mark on the music world with songs including “Everyday Sunshine,” “Swim,” “Party at Ground Zero” and “Sunless Saturday.” The band was the subject of the 2010 documentary Everyday Sunshine: The Story of Fishbone and recently released a live album recorded at The Independent in San Francisco. Quinto Sol, C-Money & The Players (featuring members of Slightly Stoopid) and Beardo will open the show.
