Mac has had years of therapy and now passes as a “typical” member of society. Iris, on the other hand, is proud to be on the autism spectrum and proclaims her status as a difference, not a disorder. Their story explores the difference between finding success on society’s terms and on your own terms, as well as the conflict that comes when the desire for acceptance clashes with the desire to succeed.
