Let’s see if you can incorporate at least 1 raw meal daily for the next 30 days! If your not familiar with “raw” way of eating, check out the raw for beginners link I posted on this page! It’s amazing! The more raw you get, the better! Work your way up by having raw snacks, then adding a second meal raw! (Smoothies, salads, raw veggie snacks..) Post how you feel! Also ask questions & share recipes! Do your body good!
