Featuring more than 50 independent vendors of art, crafts, food, fashion, small press, music and more, the Toronto Indie Arts Market takes over the main floor of the Gladstone Hotel on Saturday April 13th. Encompassing the Ballroom, Melody Lounge and Art Bar, visitors can expect cookies, soap, corsets, comics, scarves, purses, colouring books, pottery, CDs, bowties, kimchi… and much more. $2 from each $5 admission will be donated to local food advocacy organization FoodShare, who will also be on hand to sell copies of their cookbook and offer more information about the many programs they run to ensure that everyone has access to good, healthy food.
