If you have never been to a Spoke N’ Heard Event before, here’s what to expect: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TOpHKbUfjBQ. With much acclaim from their Evolution of Consciousness Series, Spoke N’ Heard has successfully branded themselves as the nexus for underground art in Toronto. Now, through a bold step from their executive team, they are taking the Spoke N’ Heard experience to the big stage! We are proud to present Spoke N’ Heard’s first theatrical, multi-arts production, “THE ETERNAL NOW”. Set to debut on March 24th, 2013 at Theatre Passe Muraille, an award-winning powerhouse in the Queen & Bathurst area, this production will be featuring Spoke N’ Heard’s own executive team, a strong and talented collective of artists from various disciplines. They will also be collaborating with many of Toronto’s premier artists, designers, musicians, vocalists and poets. The Eternal Now expresses the stories of 9 individuals and their experiences interwoven through moments in time, illuminating the story of humanity, our struggles and our triumphs. Through exploration of the themes of pain, regret, timelessness, and love, this artistically dramatic presentation conveys the classic story of the lost, wandering soul trying to find its way. Prepare for a mystifying, imaginative and completely immersive evening of exquisite visual arts and fashion, compelling poetry, and soul-stirring music and dance. Spoke N Heard was established in 2010 as an organization that provides various platforms for the voice of art in Toronto. Their mission is to create a stage for artists and entrepreneurs to thrive, and represent Toronto on an international scale. Through creative multi-arts events, media, workshops, educational and mentorship programs and other various outreach initiatives, Spoke N Heard hopes to reveal the potential that various forms of artistic expression have, to revitalize and to inspire this generation. Tickets for “The Eternal Now” are $15 in Advance and $20 at the Door. They can be purchased in person at the Theatre Passe Muraille box office (16 Ryerson Avenue), or online at: www.artsboxoffice.ca For more information about Spoke N’ Heard, be sure to visit their website (www.spokenheard.ca), like the Facebook page (facebook.com/Spoke.N.Heard), join the event page (facebook.com/events/161237504032569) or tweet with the on Twitter: @Spoke_N_Heard.
