In celebration of the opening of the first North American exhibition examining the history of sneaker culture, the Bata Shoe Museum is throwing our biggest party ever! We are very excited to welcome, straight from NYC, DJ Bobbito Grcia aka Kool Bob Love – icon of hip hop culture and sneaker connoisseur – along with Toronto’s very own DJ Tabs. The museum will be opened from 9pm till 2am, giving sneakerheads in Toronto the chance to check out the new exhibition on it’s opening day and listen to sounds of Bobbito’s unique blend of rare jazz, world and soul music. This will be a once-in-a-lifetime event for fans of sneaker culture in Toronto! Tickets for the party are $10 in advance or $15 at the door. They can be purchased at the Museum’s front desk during opening hours or at www.batashoemuseum.ca.
