Dorothy Chandler Pavilion-5th Floor Space (Los Angeles, CA)

The boundaries between audience and artist disappear at this Le Salon de Musiques event. Held in an inviting, warm space — with no stage — on the fifth floor of the historic Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, this chamber music concert features soprano Elissa Johnston, mezzo soprano Callista Hoffman, violinist Roger Wilkie, violaist Helen S. Callus, cellist John Walz and pianist Edith Orloff. They’ll perform two Brahms vocal pieces as well his Piano Quartet n.3 in C minor, plus Mahler’s Piano Quartet in A minor. After the performance, take part in a reception with the musicians and other audience members.
