USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…On Sunday, May 5, 2013, the Sikh Spiritual Centre Khalsa Day Parade will take place. Event organizers are anticipating 60,000 participants, three bands, four floats, 10 vehicles and 20 bicycles.

Road closures: 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Humberwood Boulevard, Humberline Drive to Morningstar Drive
Morningstar Drive, Humberwood Boulevard to Mississauga Border

Road closures: 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Carrier Drive, Westmore Drive to Highway 27
Westmore Drive, Finch Avenue West to Albion Road

Parade route: start at 2:30 p.m., or earlier, in Toronto; 1:30 p.m. in Mississauga

Formation area 7280 Airport Road (Mississauga)

Eastbound Morning Star Drive
Northbound on Humberwood Boulevard
Northbound on Humberline Drive
Eastbound on Finch Avenue West
Northbound on Westmore Avenue
Dispersal Area, Sikh Spiritual Centre, 9 Carrier Drive

The event will proceed regardless of weather conditions.
