Exploring the appeal of ceramics, especially porcelain in jewellery, A Bit of Clay on the Skin showcases the versatility and allure of wearable art. This avant-garde exhibit makes a strong connection to wearable art and self-expression through fashion, redefining traditional jewellery in substance, form and symbolism. The exhibition will present 140 works and features the work of 18 cutting-edge jewellery artists, including: The Netherlands artists Peter Hoogeboom, Evert Nijland and Ted Noten; Gsine Hackenberg of Germany; Spains Marie Pendaris; and Shu-Lin Wu of Taiwan.
