***Trans Rally 2013*** Friday, June 28 6 p.m. Norman Jewison Park (east of Yonge and Gloucester) 6pm: Sign and Art making 6:30pm- Rally speakers TBA Friday, June 29 Rally begins at 6 p.m. at Norman Jewison Park (east of Yonge and Gloucester) Come and show your support for the trans community as we celebrate the LGBTTIQQ2SA community. All trans identified people, their friends and allies are welcome. ***Trans* March info*** Starting Point: Norman Jewison Park (east of Yonge and Gloucester), after the Rally. The Trans March is a grass-roots community focused event, providing safe space for trans people. Since it began in 2009, the Trans March has sought to provide a place for trans identified people to rally, stand up and come together in solidarity. It is now one of the largest events of the trans* communities in the GTA. This year the Trans March is being organized by trans* community members in collaboration with Pride Toronto’s Trans Pride volunteers.
