Join Sang Kim for an irreverent and fun sushi-making class, one that requires good hand-head-heart co-ordination, taking place in Downtown Toronto, on June 22 from 2:00pm 5:00pm. The class begins with a subversive history of sushi and Japanese culture to offer context, then becomes a hands-on activity that is meant to draw out ones Inner Sushi Chef. This class is easy, unpretentious, and even educational, as participants will also learn a thing or two about the kinds of things they are putting into their body. This workshop is offered every Saturday at the Yakitori Bar & Seoul Food Co. in Downtown Toronto and can be booked through Uniiverse.
