From August 22nd – 25th, guests will have the opportunity to indulge in a culinary experience like no other featuring one of Rome’s most celebrated chefs. From his personal interpretations of classic Italian dishes, to his unique style and flavour combinations for specialty dishes like fish, seafood and offal, Chef Glowig will take guests on a gastronomic journey. During this pop-up restaurant concept, Chef Glowig, along with TOCA Chef de Cuisine, Gihen Zitouni, will offer both a la carte and tasting menu options from 5:30-10:00pm each evening.
