Lineage’s Summer Concert Series welcomes South Pasadena’s own Mataji Booker, a singer-songwriter celebrating the release of her EP LAtitiudes. Recorded at Monster Studios in Nashville, Tennessee, the six-song disc was over a year in the making, according to the artist, with several tunes inspired by a busted love affair. The multi-talented Booker’s also a fashion model and DJ, who’s spun at major L.A. events and had residencies at the Blu Monkey and the Standard Hotel Lounge in WeHo.
