International cities build relationships among their Hakka population
Join Markham Mayor Frank Scarpitti; Regional Councillor Joe Li (ceremony host); Members of Markham Council; and international municipal delegations for the establishment of the Hakka Economic and Cultural Alliance.
To celebrate this special day, a gala dinner will be held in the evening with the Hakka community.
