A carnival-themed party takes place from 11am to 2pm and features everything from a live jazz band to entertainment including clowns, mimes, magicians, strolling stilt walkers along with free activities for kids like face painting, plus caricaturists and glitter tattoo artists will be on hand to help visitors get into the party spirit.
