Glasswater Theatre (The Omega Project) is proud to present Prayers for the New World, a double bill of new Canadian plays by Toronto playwright Laura Cockburn-Tulk, directed by Mairin Smit. Confessions tells the story of Katya, imprisoned as a suspected spy by the Soviet regime, who finds solace in her cellmate, an accused witch from 1660’s Salem. Gone Home examines a family’s bond in the wake of a child’s mysterious death in the shadow of the second world war.
