On Saturday, November 2nd meet Canadas Next Top Chef 2013 finalist and Grain Farmers of Ontario Resident Chef Jonathan Goodyear as he demonstrates his original Ontario grain recipes from inside the Grain Farmers of Ontario Growing Connections trailer at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair. While youre there, explore replica corn, soybean and wheat fields, connect with farmers in person and see firsthand just how many grain farmers are in your region via an interactive virtual map of Ontario. Later, relax and watch agricultural videos in the Growing Connections theatre. Following the cooking demonstration, watch as four chefs from across Ontario go head-to-head to create two dishes using locally grown food at the Road to the Royal Chef Challenge Finale.
