Sauced features 10 top local chefs preparing snacks paired with, or in some cases prepared with, the number one item currently burning up the local food scene: hot sauce. Toronto has become hot-sauce-obsessed and our talented line up of notable local chefs have been proudly churning out everything from kimchi to sambal, sriracha to southern barbecue sauce spiked with peppery heat all designed to amp up the flavour of their food. In addition to a wide variety of snacks on offer, our chefs’ housemade sauces will also be available for purchase during the event. Speaking of sauced, guests can put out the fire and quench their thirst with some libation from our fine selection of beverage purveyors including: Rosewood Estates Winery, and Dillon’s Distilling. And since everyone needs a little more space when confronted with the hot sauce sweats, Sauced will have 2 seatings to ensure that all guests have enough time and plenty of elbow room to enjoy the festivities. Minimal lineups, plenty of sauced goodness.
