Friday, November 15 to Tuesday, December 24 The sounds of bells ringing from the Salvation Army Kettle Campaign has been a tradition for more than 100 years and the tradition continues at Sherway Gardens beginning Friday, November 15 until Tuesday, December 24. The Kettles can be found in four locations throughout Sherway Gardens including by the GAP Kids, in Gourmet Fair and in front of Hudsons Bay and Sears. The Salvation Armys annual Christmas Campaign has grown into one of Canadas most significant and recognizable annual charitable events and is a friendly reminder that the spirit of the season is giving. The funds raised provide food and clothing for thousands of needy families right in our own community throughout the holiday season and beyond. Thursday, November 21 to Monday, December 23 Help less fortunate children this holiday season by donating a new, unwrapped toy to the special CTV Toy Mountain bin at Sherway Gardens from Thursday, November 21 until Monday, December 23 at 6pm. The bin is located in Sherway Square opposite Aritzia. Its so easy to make the holidays a bit happier for a child. Please be generous and donate early to the CTV Toy Mountain! The Salvation Army will deliver these toys to needy children in our community in time for Christmas.
