Dorothy Chandler Pavilion-5th Floor Space (Los Angeles, CA)

Famed for its warmly intimate and interactive stage-free musical experience, Le Salon de Musiques‘ features chamber music in an intimate setting — the fifth floor of the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion. The latest offering pays homage to springtime and French Impressionism, with chamber pieces composed by Samuel Coleridge Taylor, Benjamin Godard, Reynaldo Hahn and Ernest Chausson. Violinist Tereza Stanislav, assistant concertmaster of the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, and cellist Cecilia Tsan, principal cellist with the Long Beach Symphony Orchestra, join soprano Hae Ji Chang and pianist Steven Vanhauwaert for this performance, which is followed by a reception featuring Champagne and a buffet catered by Patina.
