Broadway’s John Rubinstein & Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra: Chopin, Brahms & More

Prolific film and television actor, director, composer and Tony Award-winning theatre actor John Rubinstein — the son of the legendary concert pianist Arthur Rubinstein — joins members of the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra for this concert that celebrates the Romantic works of Rachmaninoff, Chopin and Brahms. The ensemble also features guest pianist and From the Top host Christopher O’Riley, LACO music director Jeffrey Kahane and LACO virtuosos Margaret Batjer and Andrew Shulman. Following the orchestra’s signature “conversations” style, the musicians will introduce the pieces from the stage in lieu of program notes.
