La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts (La Mirada, CA)

Ten young and ambitious dynamos; 14 days to produce an utterly original, singular work of theater, music, dance or film. That’s the premise of the Young Artist Project, which presents these talented 16-23-year-olds’ brand new creations in a showcase of riveting cross-disciplinary performance at La Mirada Theatre. It’s the exciting culmination of two weeks of intensive writing, directing, acting and singing (including a grueling annual eight-hour midnight rehearsal) and a rare opportunity to not only see a fantastic collection of entertainment, but to get a firsthand glimpse of some of the brightest stars of tomorrow.
