On the heels of choreographing nearly 800 dancers during the Olympics opening ceremonies in Sochi, Daniel Ezralow brings his L.A.-based company, Ezralow Dance, to the Ford. Hailed as “One of the best American dancer-choreographers now working” by the Chicago Tribune, Ezralow has left his stamp all over the world from Las Vegas (he choreographed Beatles LOVE by Cirque du Soleil) to Broadway (he designed the jaw-dropping aerial tangos of Spider-Man: Turn off the Dark) to Paris (he worked with the world-famous Paris Opera Ballet). Now the choreographer The New York Times calls “unforgettably gutsy” premieres a commissioned piece with live music at this very special performance.
